Harvey uses the A.R.T. (Artistic Realization Technologies) System to create his expression of Art. He specifically uses the point system. With this system Harvey has uncompromised control of the art-making process.

Harvey really likes to use the metallic paints and textured mediums in his work.  He often overlaps shapes placing them behind or on top of one another eclipsing the first shapes.

In 2019 Harvey entered his Geometric shaped art work in the local Munson Williams sidewalk Art show and was voted Jurors Choice.
